Charlie's Bar-B-Q is very tasty, and quite the value. Charlie, himself, is quite the character.

The Texas-style bbq is very good. The Beef Brisket Sandwich and the Pulled Pork Sandwich were on super tender rolls, and the meat was fork-tender, and the sweet bbq sauce, beans and potato salad were excellent.

When we head back to this area, we're going to stop by again.
